‘Terms and Conditions’

Bookings

All bookings and details will be arranged and confirmed directly with the client and founder, Alena. Your date and time will be secured upon confirmation with a 50% deposit.

Payment

Payments can be made via Cash, PayNow, PayLah, or Bank Transfer. A 50% deposit of the service fee is due on the date specified in the invoice. The remaining 50% is payable on the day of service.

Cancellation

Your chosen date and time are reserved once confirmed with a 50% deposit. If you wish to cancel, please note that the deposit is non-refundable, as the artist has reserved the spot specifically for you and may forgo other potential bookings. All cancellations must be submitted via WhatsApp or email (admin@ablissstudio.com) with your invoice number, service date and reason for cancellation.

Social Media & Website

Photos taken during your trial or on the actual day - whether by our artist’s phone or a professional photographer may be used for portfolio purposes to showcase our work. Proper credit will be given unless you notify us otherwise.

Hygiene & Cosmetic Products

Hygiene is our top priority. All makeup products and brushes are sanitized between each application. The cosmetic items used by our artists are authentic and approved by HSA Singapore. If you have any skin sensitiveness or conditions, please inform us in advance so we can avoid unsuitable products.
